Bicycles

Here are some things that we think are helpful when you are considering buying a bicycle:

What type of riding will you be doing? Trails? Road? Track?
How often will you be riding? Daily? Weekly? Monthly? Annually?
What is the main purpose of your bicycle? Commuting? Racing? Fun? Touring?
What is most important to you? Look? Components? Purpose?

SERVICE

Our bicycles come with 1-year of free adjustments. As you and your new bike get used to each other, things will need to be adjusted - free. This service covers everything that is in our “Basic” $50.00 tune-up.

For a basic tune-up, the following will be adjusted:
-brakes,
-derailleurs,
-hubs,
-headset,
-bottom bracket,
-and the wheels will be trued if needed.
All bolts are checked for tightness and the chain is lubed.

Parts that are worn out or broken will be replaced and adjusted in consultation with the customer. Parts that prove to be defective in manufacture or materials will be replaced free of charge. This service policy does not cover damage caused by misuse or neglect, nor does it cover flat tires unless the tube or tire prove to be defective.

With the purchase of a new bicycle from Spoke N Word Cycles, the bicycles tubes can be filled with sealant free and tireliners installed for the cost of the liners

FIT

Every bicycle should fit. It should be the right frame size, right style, right color, right components, and the right price.
